We are firm believers in 3 estimates. Not going to name the other two. We did decide on Alexander's for a few reason's.
1) Recommendation's from other home owners that we know.
2) Promptly came out for an estimate.
3) David took the time to explain every detail.
4) Cost, along with Quality of the product.
...and now, Very Satisfied with the end result of our new roof.
Call David Alexander. He will take good care of you, your home and your roof.

requested and plus some. Needless to say We would use his services again and refer his company to our friends and neighbors.
As a matter of fact our son and daughter liked the job he did for us so much that they used his services also.
"[member name removed] called us out during a hail storm for an estimate and was in a rush to get the job done because it had been leaking for some time. Upon completing the estimate he agreed on the price because it was close to the insurance claim. [member name removed] indicated he wanted the shed done which was included on the insurance claim through State Farm, but he called back and said he wanted the shed roof removed from the contract. During the course of the job he changed his mind and wanted it done, I ordered the additional material and the shed was completed as well. The flat section that was replaced in the den area and was not included in the insurance claim. That section of the roof was done in poor workmanship and had two layers of roofing on it which had to be removed . [member name removed] would not pay for the second layer of the roof to be removed and neither did the insurance company. [member name removed] and his wife were happy with the roof. I scheduled to meet up with him one week after completion he said he couldn’t meet until after he got off of work which I agreed and met with him but the check he tried to give me was not endorsed by the insurance company and he said he did not have the funds, so I waited an additional fourteen days. After several calls to [member name removed] I only received a portion of the payment. As in all of my contracts it states for payments to be made upon completion with no money down. [member name removed] signed the contract knowing what it said and never had any complaints. After an additional two more weeks I finally received the remaining balance. I saved [member name removed] more than half of his deductible on his insurance claim. I did not receive another call from him until several months later about a leak in his den area. I immediately arrived to his property to asses the leak which he did have. We tried to seal it as best as possible temporarily at no cost to him. At this time I explained to him he needed to replace the skylight and that it was not covered in his insurance claim and he said he would get back with me shortly. He called me a few weeks later to ask how much replacing the skylight would cost. I gave him an estimate of about $500 to get it replaced. He told me that he would call me back shortly, one week later I received another call stating he wanted me to go ahead and do the work. I met up with him and told him I would need a work authorization signed and he said he would get back with me. I have not heard from him since. He has my cell number, my office number, and my email. I gave [member name removed] many opportunities to contact me and set something up, I assumed he got the work done at a cheaper price or not at all. I have tried to contact him multiple times since I received this complaint. No notification was sent to me about this complaint, not a letter or phone call. We value our customers and strive to keep them satisfied. We just request a simple phone call. In this particular case that was not done if it had been the problem would have already been addressed. We strive to take care of any leaks the same day the call is received. We carry a strong ten year warranty on our workmanship which [member name removed] does have, bu without notification we cant address the issue. We will honor his warranty and address any leaks if they occur but the skylight was not included in our contract and he hired another contractor to do the work at his own choice."
We are in the process of selling our house, and the inspector requested we reseal two of the pipes. I called Alexander's as they were the ones who installed the roof, and asked them to do the reseal. They responded the very next day and resealed all of the pipes not just the two requested.
When I asked for the cost I was told they want happy customers, tell our friends about them, and left. No charge.
We are buying a new house and hope to not need a roofer in the near future. When I do need a new roof, Alexanders Roofing is the one I'm going to call.
