Concrete Repair
I was desperately looking for a way to stop the water from getting under my house after 4 tunnels were built to my crawlspace to repair my foundation. To compound this problem, San Antonio experienced record rainfall that essentially ended a multi-year draught. I can remember sitting with Alex and his helper Mario after they had resealed the 4 tunnel entries. It was the first time in 4 months that it rained and the water did not drain under my house. I cried -- I was so relieved. It felt like a miracle.
When a Stucco company broke a water main and couldn't figure out how to pour a pad for some pillars. I called in Alex. When a tile company identified some badly damaged cement entry stairs. I called Alex.
He is very attentive to grade, and identify and fixing rotting wood or other structural problems that should be repaired. He has considerable foundation experience and he is a whiz with cement. I would recommend Alex without reserve. He is easily one of
the most honest, honorable, knowledgeable, and competent contractors I have ever worked with. He is exceptional!
