ALDER CONTRACT SVC

Chris has been honest and fair for ever repair. I am retry handy on my own and even considered installing the mini split on my own. After months of research i know that I could have done the job myself. But in the end I chose to use Chris to do the work. His price was a more expensive then the cost of the unit plus the tools, but i felt that the risk out waged the cost difference. Bottom line was that I knew exactly what the cost of materials would be and the labor required to install a unit. That said I had Chris handle the project for me, I am still glad that I did. I spent the day watching him do the project and the work that he did was fantastic and I will hire him for any other projects that I have and I feel complete confident that I will get the same quality of work that I have in the past.

I called Alder on Sunday evening and left a message saying that I was hoping Chris could come out and look at my A/C the following day because my A/C had stopped working. Chris called back within the hour and set up an appointment for 9 a.m. He came on time and confirmed what I thought, that ants had damaged the contactor in my A/C unit (it's happened twice before, so it was my first thought). He replaced the contactor and sprayed for ants.
This problem is never very expensive, but I think that Alder's price was less than I've had to pay to bigger companies in the past.
He came highly recommended by a neighbor who has also used his services and been happy with the prices, punctuality and service.
