I won't ever use these guys again. They simply will not complete the work as they represent. This was a bad experience for us. Punctuality is something that simply escapes them. They did no sealing of the cuts. We had to call them several times to get them to complete the job which to this day has not been completed professionally. Had to listen to their excuses incessantly. Never again.

On the positive side, the guys did a lot of work for a good price.
The trees in the front look especially good.
We have a lot of live oaks that are susceptible to oak wilt and our area if noted to have a lot of oak wilt around.
As I was assured, all the wounds on the live oaks would be painted (sealed).
They were not.
I mentioned that to Jason and he went around again and did some of them.
But, still there are a lot of wounds not done.
 
And after their chipper broke down, they seemed to be in a big hurry to get out of here and I was told to go to another job.
I am hoping that Jason will read this here and come back and make sure all the oak wounds are sealed.
I do not want to lose any of our oaks to oak wilt.
Would we use them again? Only if they finish the oak wound painting (sealing).

The guys showed up in the neighborhood and knocked on the door.  Typically this is not my favorite way to find contractors but our tree has needed trimming for quite some time.  They had 2 marked vehicles, business cards and a website site so I figured they were legit.  Also, the Angie's list review from previous customer was a B.
After talking price, safety and getting an explanation of how they would do the work I decided to proceed.   I'm very happy I did.  They did a great job quickly and cleanly.  I watched them the whole time.  The tree looks great and the yard is cleaned up.  The price was very reasonable compared to what I've had quoted before.
I will look for these guys when I need the service again.

We agreed on an amount for both back and front. Which was a verbal contract. After the job was completed I found things  that did not get done. I ended up having to call Jason two more times to come out to take care of the few things that did not get done. The clean up was not what I expected. It was only the larger limbs that got cleaned up the rest i ended up having to sweep off the deck and there is still some ball moss and a few dead limb that are existing.
