Terrible..Our 7 month incomplete project has been blessed with continuous lies, endless timelines, unresponsive contact, punitive damages to our house and no resolution or completion date in site. Yes, they’re paid 99.89% so obviously we aren’t a priority for them to complete. Please see the attached images reflecting the damages and professional craftsmanship by their hired contractors. The lies, excuses and passive responses have made this entire process the most regretful choice we’ve made. (Foundation/water line damage…we paid for the electrical line to be buried vs ran down the side of our house) (Concrete splattered on our stucco with a water hose and sprinkler less than 5 feet away..they chose to leave it vs spray/scrub/wash it off…Edward did ask me if I used dawn dish soap on it when I tried to remove it). I have more photos, texts messages and emails for anyone who’d like them, just shoot me an email or message..SAVE YOURSELF!

Have paid out to the company 90% of contract as per agreement but have nothing beyond a cement hole in ground. They were quick to ask for their checks but trying to find out after 8 weeks were they are in planning to finish their work is an impossible task. As they refuse to provide any plans or communication are left to assume the company doesn't care about their customers. If I had not provided payment or communicated with them, I don't think they would be too understanding. Sitting here with a hole in the ground and an empty wallet.

Terrible. After signing a fixed price contract and paying a deposit, Alamo initially asked for additional money because they forgot to include items in the price. A month later, they asked for an additional 10% or they would back out of the contract. Avoid at all costs using Alamo.

AJ Rodriguez, of  Alamo Pool Builders, is an excellent listener and he provided a design we liked in a timely manner. He demonstrated flexibility listening to our feedback and then improving the design to meet our expectations. My wife's concern was to have a large spa. AJ was the only contractor who really listened to her desires and came up with a design to meet her needs.

Even with rain delays, the time frame set forth on the contract was met and AJ kept us informed during the entire process. Anytime we had questions, AJ would either answer the phone or return calls promptly, including during evening hours and on weekends.

The equipment installed and quality of work are top notch. If a sub-contractor did not meet Alamo's high expectations, they were called back on the job for corrective action. To top it off, Alamo's pricing is competitive

The workers were on the job everyday until completion. We were kept informed as to what stage of construction was next and how long it would take. A quality job completed in the time promised.
