When they were installed the finish came out due the blue painters tape. I have tried calling, emailing him several times, and I haven't heard back from them.

Bathtub OK, but he made so many mistakes resurfacing the countertop he had to redo three or four times. The last time he sanded it down to the bare bones and never returned to complete the job or call. I had to replace the entire countertop which cost $1,000.00. I would like to know what I can do to recover some of the money I paid him.
