Luke from Alamo Irrigation came out on a Saturday morning to replace an old sprinkler valve. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very polite and courteous. If you’re in need of a reliable and honest irrigation company, look no further than Alamo Irrigation!

Fast, same day service. Sergio was very courteous (used "yes sir" and "no sir" throughout our conversations) and explained very well what he thought the problem was. He also was very good about following COVID protocols; wore his mask the whole time, sprayed hand sanitizer all over the pen he handed me to sign the invoice, then offered to spray my hands as well after we were done. Great service. Will be using for future irrigation issues and recommending them to others.

Oh Duane, you let me down when you did not come to check on the heads that your tech installed after I requested that you should come to see if they were the most efficient in watering my lawn. On the phone you blamed the heat and under usage of time for my dry spots, even after I said the the spray patterns on the replacements were different than the original (broken) heads. Too bad you didn't come and sell me some in-stem flow regulators, and that you don't stand behind your tech's work.

It was necessary to rewire the controller. Additionally a sprinkler head was moved to provide better coverage. Good work!

It went really well they added new sprayer heads to make the lawn system more efficient. They also changed sprayer heads where needed.

Was able to make an appointment within three days of calling.  On the morning of the appointment called about 1 1/2 hours before scheduled and wanted to come right away.  That was fine and within about 10 minutes or less of arriving had accurately diagnosed the problem and set about correcting it.  I had recently has some sidewalk repair done and obviously they had damaged the wiring.  Alamo essentially spliced in a new wire and the problem was solved.  The service was fast, professional and extremely courteous.  Nice young men who knew their job.  I will call them in the future when I need their help.

Just wanted to say thanks for your great, responsive service. Dwayne went above and beyond coming out on Saturday, his day off, to shut off a sprinkler zone that had run all night. The valve was stuck open so my controls wouldn't shut it off. Chris came out promptly Monday morning and he was pleasant and professional. He did additional work on valves and installed a backflo preventer.

They are great and their cost is reasonable. They have also even taught me how to replace parts on my own to help save money and I really appreciate that. The technicians have always been punctual and professional.

I wanted to learn how to replace the sprinkler heads that's why I wanted them to come out. The guy was courteous. The only negative I have was the charge which was $250 for the time he was here and it's a little bit on the high side for what he did.

Very professional and responded quickly to my call.  Provider performed the work in an efficient manner and was quick.  He even replaced one of my flowers that he had to move to get to the break  Very considerate.

If I've got like a broken head or I see water somewhere where it's not supposed to be, then they do that. I always have them check all the heads to make sure that they're all working and spraying and covering the area that they're supposed to cover.They put in heads for me where we needed them. We had some landscaping done. So they extended the heads to make them taller to spray into the new landscaping. One time we had a fence put in and sprinkler lines got cut. So they had to come back and do re-wiring for that. They've done a lot of work. I've used them a number of times. I like them. They come almost as soon as you call. If you can't get an appointment that day, then they know me and they try to get out as soon as possible. The cost depends on what you have done but I think they're reasonable. I don't have anyone else to compare them to. I could probably find somebody cheaper if I was looking but I've been using them for a while and I never felt like it was so expensive that it didn't seem fair or reasonable.

We discovered a couple minor issues after he left, called them back, and Tech was promptly scheduled to come back out later in day, and took care of issues promptly.

First technician brought his wife with him.  He replaced a sprinkler head but left it crooked so I had to compact the soil around it to straighten it out.  He repaired the leaking connector valve but it began to leak within several hours of his leaving.  I called Alamo Irrigation and they sent another technician who correctly replaced the leaking valve.  There was no additional charge and it has not leaked since.  I was very satisfied with the timeliness of their response and that there was no additional charge.  I would use them again anytime.

So far, they were great! He did a good job and completed the repair very quickly. He came out, gave me the price, didn't suggest any unnecessary work, and it was a lot less than I thought it was going to be. He completed the work, the cost was reasonable and I would use them again.

Lori the owner was super friendly and responsive.  Had her worker at my house within the hour. Alejandro was fantastic.  Called before he arrived, was very polite, very responsive and very capable.  He repaired everything in record time, left everything clean and neat.   The service from Alamo Irrigation from all ends was probably the best I have experienced in years from any company !!!!!!!!!!!!  Highly recommend.  Price was good too.

Polite on phone, eager to work with my schedule.  They called before they came.  The technicians explained all the did, showing me the replaced and moved heads.

They ended up having to replace some nozzles for under $10.

I was impressed with their responsiveness the first time they came out. We had broken some of our irrigation system over a weekend while digging in our yard and they came to do repairs promptly Monday morning; I was so impressed with that. Their price was very reasonable. They are very good about working with me and getting their plan worked out.

In doing the work, they did a great job. The reason for the C is that I tried to reach the person responsible for my work to bring a nozzle and raise a sprinkler. This is easy work and I would have done it myself, but my wife was concerned about voiding the warranty. After calling, I was told a person would be out to fix the problem. A week later, the problem was still not fixed. I called again and was told someone would come out. Again, it did not happen. I told my wife, give them a call and explain the situation. If they do not come, I will fix it myself since it is only 10 minutes of work and if they will not come out for this then the warranty is worthless anyway. My wife reached the owner of the company. He was very sincered and showed up that day and made the appropriate adjustments. He was great! I do appreciate that if there is a problem, the owner will make a real committment to take care of us. So the overall experience is an A.
