furniture sales
+ -1 moreThe furniture itself was fine, but the delivery was terrible. They refused to take the furniture out of the cartons and they ended up jamming them through our doorways and scuffing up the doorways. I asked them why they wouldn't take them out and they said I should have asked for "setup", but they never told me there was a difference between setup and delivery. I called them and they said their manager was out and there was nothing they could do about it. The delivery guys threatened to leave with the furniture, because I was on the phone trying to resolve the problem, so I had to just let them leave the furniture in my home in the cartons. I want to make sure to spread the word not to use them.
Description of Work: They delivered our furniture that we had bought from them.
