It was wonderful! Beautifully done, professional service. Pickup and delivery flawless and on time. Will definitely use them again.

They answered their phone! Not experienced that with many upholstery services. Sent photos and immediately they called back to confirm receipt of photos and the cost, said they could have it in about 3 weeks. Told them I would bring to them the next day as I already had chair and fabric in my car. Not only did they complete my chair when stated they did an excellent job and charged me less than quoted since it was easier than they anticipated.
I have not had any good experiences with upholsterers although they came highly recommended. Some brick and mortar businesses are not there, don't answer their phones or won't call back. Didn't have to chase these guys to give them a job. The men were so nice and helpful.
