Alamo Awning

I had used another provider in the past, and when I went to them again they told me that they did only commercial work and recommended Alamo Awning to me. I have been happy with them. The gentleman came out and measured, and I gave him a 50% deposit, which I?m not sure I would have done had it not come as a recommendation. He delivered the awnings and installed them last week, and I made the final payment. He delivered what he had promised. The job turned out very well, and I have been very pleased. The price wasn?t a bargain, but I realized that the cost had gone up in the last few years. I would rather pay more for something that I don?t have to have them come back later than to pay less and have a bad job on my hands. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

We had some business with them before. We have a little deal since. We have had him ever since almost the awnings for 25 to 30 years. We know him. We like the people we have used over the years. Otherwise, we just drop them. He has been the one we have interacted with all this time. This is the only one we use. They are more expensive than what we had before. We already have our frames. The frames will cost more, but this is supposed to last quite a while compared to what we had before. We like his work. He is very friendly and very helpful. I guess the most you could say is he almost like a friend in a way. We don?t see him for years, but we talk as though we just saw each other last week. He puts the awnings up. While we do the order, he is patient. We took quite a while to choose this time. We even went next door to our neighbor because we couldn?t decide. He wasn?t the type of guy that would rush someone because they are taking too long. He is not like some other people who would leave if so much time was taken. It is appreciative because when you are spending that kind of money you want to make sure it is going to come out all right.

Chuck Henckel, the owner/operator, arrived at the house as scheduled, provided an estimate, and performed the work in an exemplary fashion, for the agreed price, which seemed quite reasonable, considering the materials and labor involved.
