They did exactly what they said they were gonna do WHEN they said they were going to do it. I had two other companies lined up before them that backed out and just blew me off.

Tom Weir responded in a reasonable time line to a request for a bid .Since I was not at home the bid was sent by email and when I called for clarification answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The date of the work was slightly delayed due to prior committments and weather but it was a reasonable delay and he was up front about it at the time we talked about the contract. I was not at home on the day scheduled but they arrived about the time I expected. They worked through to the afternoon until finished. They left the site cleaner than they found it. All in all they did an excellent job and I would recommend their work to anyone.
