The people who came to clean worked hard, did a good job, and were very nice. However the owner was very pushy and difficult. He wanted to clean all the air ducts(he claimed that his guy was an expert) but he did not have the proper tools for the job - only a shop vac that he told his employee to put in each air vent. He was angry that I did not agree to the air duct leaning after seeing what they were going to do. He left angry as we haggled over the final cost of the cleaning work. I thought he was rude and I felt like I overpaid for the cleaning services.

They used a 5-person team and completed job in about 1.5 hours. The house was cleaner than before, but some minor things were omitted, like dusting the ceiling fan in the living room, dusting the light fixture in the dining room, and dusting around items on table instead of picking things up and doing a thorough job.
