Aladdin has been locally owned and operated since 1956. We are located near downtown San Antonio and have locations in Boerne & New Braunfels. We currently employ 25 individuals. No subcontractors are used. Pricing is determined before each job and we measure by the sq/ft. Travel charges apply outside of loop 1604. Additional charges apply for after hours services. Techs were very friendly and showed use before and after photos of each vent area. They did a great job and let us know the condition of duct work in the attic and HVAC which were both in good condition. I would definitely hire Aladdin Cleaning again.

Oriental Rug Cleaning
This company is outstanding. They're not the cheapest, but if you have expensive oriental rugs, this is the company to use. They clean the rugs the correct way and hang them properly. They don't just use a chemical drip to clean the rugs, but actually run them through a machine made especially for wool rugs. They also pick up and deliver! My house was recently flooded and they came right out within 24 hours to pick up my rug to prevent staining and molding. I just got it back last week. They really do a good job.

They did a great job, they were able to make it to the house earlier due to a cancellation, so the office called me to offer the earlier time that I wanted. The web appointment scheduler works well, but I only received an automated reply that I had an appointment. I called the morning of the appointment to verify they were back to work after the holiday and found out that my time was booked already, and I needed to reschedule. Everything came out great, and we are very satisfied. I have taken rugs to them in the past with good results.

Aladdin Cleaning and Restoration cleaned two (2) oriental rugs, one large and one small. They gave me a firm price before the work was done. When I went to pick up the rugs about two (2) weeks later, I commented that I was unable to find a coupon on Angie's List. The agent for Aladdin voluntarily gave me a coupon worth 20%. The rugs were cleaned thoroughly. Also, I was given a free sample of spot rug cleaning fluid. Overall I'd have to say that my experience was highly positive. I'd recommend Aladdin to anybody in Greater San Antonio.

Great. The sales associate explained our options after looking at the carpets we brought in for cleaning. He dint try to upsell. He was very knowledgable about the services. He gave us an estimated completion date and the carpets were ready for pick up as promised. Both carpets look great. We are very pleased and will use them again.

On time, professional, and effective. They do things that no other provider does, like wiping down the base boards, and pre-vacuuming! How cool is that? A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I wish their version of scotch guard wasn't over priced. They quoted $110 for something a can for $8.00 at lowes was able to accomplish.

Aladdin's estimator came over first and thoroughly discussed the project. We obtained an overall cost estimate for all of the rugs. We discussed the treatment and the process. The estimator took the first two rugs with her to the plant. When they were finished, we gave two or three more each visit until the project was completed. Aladdin's driver Xavier was outstanding. He and the various helpers who worked with him moved furniture, rolled and unrolled rugs, dealt with non-skid pads and placed the rugs exactly where we wanted them. They made sure on every visit that we were completely satisfied. The rugs look great and we are very pleased.

I am a landlady with 2 apartments in San Antonio. Prior tenant left me with stained carpet and new tenant is waiting to move in. I called yesterday and he found a way for them to come this morning. I was able to get a next day appointment which is really hard to do. Eric Parker and Steve were prompt. First accessed what the furniture needed and explained to me what should be done and the cost. Then they worked diligently and quickly to complete the Work in a very timely manner. I was left with brightly cleaned furniture and a guarantee of the work. I was so satisfied I will use them for my future cleaning needs.
