Shad and the guys fixed an airflow issue that we had for 8 years since we purchased this home. Some rooms were hot in the summer and cold in the winter. They figured out that the return vents from system #1 were plumbed to system #2. Cool air was coming in the room, but the hot air wasn't be sucked out properly. What a difference this made. Thank you so much for fixing what many before you couldn't.

Service was absolutely FANTASTIC from start to finish. Extremely easy to make an appointment (next day). Technician sent text that he was on his way. Arrived and asked me what was going on and what the problem was - yeah, asked me and listened. We inspected inside and outside to see how things work and begin solving my problem. Within 10 minutes, we determined the problem - needed coolant and NOT a completely new system - and the problem was solved. Gabriel showed me everything every step of the way and made sure I knew what was happening and how it worked to solve my problem. Restored the outside HVAC and went back inside to ensure everything was working as expected. Total success in about 10 minutes and I knew what was going on every step of the way. And, at the end of the appointment, made sure I knew the "Why and What" for all charges - to include all discounts available to me! Not pushy or trying to get me to buy something I did not need. Also offered tips on how to extend the life of the equipment. Oh yeah, all our dogs thought he was a great guy too.

The tech showed up promptly for his appointment time. The issue was assessed quickly. The cleanout work was completed quickly and correctly. We were very happy with their professionalism and prompt service.

The guy saw the email generated by my smart system that said ignition failure...ignite failure. I showed him the email and he said he would check it out. He didn't do anything like that. He just told my husband to change a filter and left. He refused to check the electronics. He refused to check the ignitor (what my email calls it) and said he didn't see the need. He spent 7 minutes here. My husband was up there watching him and said he did nothing to check out the unit.
