Other reviews on here seem dated, but this company was contacted by our home warranty provider to repair two separate AC systems in the house. Three weeks went by after the initial service call before the first unit was replaced. What I heard from Air Handlers of Texas was that they were waiting on the warranty company for this and that, but I got a daily report from my warranty company of when they had tried contacting Mark (with no response), when equipment had been authorized and shipped, picked up, etc., so I knew every time I got a call from Mark his delays and responses were just outright lies and excuses.

Perfect, responsive, Give him a call for any AC work! I have refered him in person to two others and they have been pleased with his work and ethics.

Arrived next day as promised. It was low on freon, but asked how long it took to leak out when I told him it had happened before. He took a look at the system and said the handler coil was leaking and would need replacing, but since it took 2 years to leak enough to cause icing, to see how it performed. Let me know the handler would need replacing, but it might hold out a while longer. No hard sell on doing it now. If he told me I needed something now (at some time in the future), then I would believe him. Fair, honest, friendly.

MARK HALL WITH AIR HANDLERS OF TEXAS IS OUTSTANDING. HE IS HONEST AND RELIABLE AND COMES TO OUR HOUSE ON 1/2 TO ONE DAY'S NOTICE DEPENDING ON THE ISSUE/SITUATION. WE HAVE USED AIR HANDLER'S THREE TIMES. THEY EVEN RETURNED A FEW DAYS LATER AT NO CHARGE WHEN I WAS CONCERNED ONE UNIT WAS STILL NOT COOLING PROPERLY.
