Air Done Right

In spite of numerous calls, mail, and email Air Done Right did not respond to honor the 10-year labor warranty provided as part of the fully paid AC-Heating System they installed in my residence. I reported them to the BBB, but no response from the company. They're still in business because its PO Box (virtual office) is still active and accepts mail. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. I wish there's a zero or negative start rating; this company doesn't deserve even a single star.

Went great!  Julian was right on time. Checked on all the units as he normally does, and did some additional testing of the air temp coming out at ducts as I requested.  He was not able to complete the freon line pressure testing as it was raining, and doing that skews the readings.  He said he'd come out at my convenience and at no charge to check the pressures on a day when the weather was better.
I graded the responsiveness a "C" because getting someone to return my call took three weeks.  Finally, after an email to the owner, I got a call.  This is not a good way to grow a company.  But I like their service and their price so well, I kept after them.

This was under warranty still and they came within and hour and half and fixed it. They are an excellent company.

They installed a new downstairs system for me last year. Really put a lot of effort in recommending a system to fit my needs and to save me money where feasible. The owners are very conscientious and exceedingly professional and knowledgeable. They run a good crew who is respectful of you and your home. It's wonderful to work with such an honest, hard working and dependable service team. I've recommended this company to all of my friends.

Alarms were going off intermitently in house for a few weeks and thought it best to get our 12 year old units checked. ADR came Monday afternoon after I called in the morning and diagnosed the issue. Faulty burner with CO leak. Later that night they called with my quote and I gave them the go ahead. They came out Tuesday afternoon and stayed until the job was done. Thank you ADR!

I've been using Air Done Right (ADR) for a few years. The owner and all the technicians are extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products and match that to your needs. My outside unit was 12 years old and took a devastating power surge hit. I called ADR and they responded immediately. Joseph the owner went over possible repair options and new unit options as well, size, SER, ductwork etc. After we decided what the best route the unit was installed the next day. The house has never felt better. The addition of the return air flows was something no other company would have thought of. ADR has a lifelong customer and I have recommended them to all my family, friends and co-workers.

I've used them several times last year. They are very responsive. They are very punctual and very professional. They are very clean. They are very good. It was just a very good overall experience. I have already called them again. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
