They did a great job. They went beyond.

They provided a fantastic service. We haven't had any problem with it. If we have questions, they answer pretty quick.

Lee recommended an entire new system. I was very apprehensive at first but doing it was the best decision I ever made. House is now comfortable (wasn't before) and my electric bills are 40% of what they were. Whatever Lee recommends, DO IT!

I have used the services of Air by Hahn for at least 10 years. At first, he helped keep my old system running, and finally we replaced the unit about six years ago. He worked to find a unit that would fit into the small space available and that would qualify for federal and local rebates. Twice each year he comes and checks the unit for heating and air conditioning for a reasonable fee. I have always been pleased with the work by Mr. Hahn. He is honest, friendly, and fair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

The problem happen late Saturday night and Mr Hahn was willing to come out but he had just finished a long day and told him to come the next day.  A major AC company in the San Antonio area had installed our ac 4 years ago.  I had just switched over to Air by Hahn.  We had a similar problem a few months earlier and Mr. Hahn's son had found that the tube where the water exits the AC was not cemented properly.  So Mr. Hahn's son cemented the tube properly.  When Mr. Hahn came on this day, we seemed to have an algae growth problem in the drain which was causing the tube to overflow.  Mr. Hahn did not charge us for the work he did and he did not charge us for the service call.  He told us how to fix the algae problem.  Mr Hahn and his son are very hardworking, knowledgeable, and trustworthy men.  I am very happy with their service.

I bought a service contract with them.  They did an excellent job and are saving me money from the other company I used for several years.  Very happy with the service and very professional.

They come according to the season. They come in the winter and then in the summer or spring. I pay $109 a year. They are very professional.

Had no A/C on Saturday. Called on Sunday for second opinion. Scheduled appointment for Monday. Lee Hahn came out at the appointed time. Told me I did not need what two other companies said I needed done (at great expense). Lee was thourough and nice to do business with. Pleasant and professional.
Used my A/C only one day after it was fixed due to cool weather setting in. I guess the real proof is in the Pudding :) when next years A/C season starts again. As of now I will certainly hire Air by Hahn for any A/C or Heating services that I may need.

We came home to a hot house after being away for the long holiday weekend and found that the A/C had stopped working while we were out of town.  A friend had recommended Air By Hahn, and since I was a member of Angie's List I looked them up and read over all the reviews, which I had found to all be excellent, I called and they said they would be out between 1:00 - 3:00PM that day.  Brandon came out and found that the motor and a relay module were both bad on my attic unit.  He replaced both, check the whole system inside and out, blew out my drain lines, and even programmed my thermostat for me.  He was every professional and friendly.  I will be using them again in the future and will be recommending their services to others from now on.  Thank you Brandon for getting our house cooling again!

I have used Air by Hahn since 2009.  I find him to be honest, professional and courteous.  He calls in advance to set an appointment time and is never late.  He is thorough and when I ask him questions he gives me honest answers.  I am a very picky person and when someone does service or work I expect the best.  I can always count on this from Mr. Hahn.  I have had my share of HVAC companies and they could not hold a candle to Mr. Hahn.  My neighbor across the street uses him as well.  One night at 10:30 p.m. his A/C was not cooling and Mr. Hahn came out and fixed the problem.  He lives quite a distance from our location and with the price of fuel these days I thought this was going beyond the call of duty. I cannot say many service folks would provide this kind of service.  I have nothing but praise for Mr. Hahn.  A couple of years ago he had to replace Freon in my system.  It was very expensive and he was so apologetic because of the price.  This showed me what type of person he is. 



I would like to nominate Air By Hahn to the Honor Roll list.

I've been using Air by Hahn for a few years. My only regret is that I didn't know about him for the 22 years I've been in my house.
He is the most honest, knowledgable A/C and heating person I've ever encountered. He doesn't try and sell you things you don't need which is refreshing considering most companies are only concerned about making money.
I highly recommend him to everybody I know.

Lee always goes above and beyond what the contract states.  We asked him if he could move a vent for use and he did and no cost!

He has been in business for about 30 years and the business includes him and his son. He is excellent! His prices are extremely low and he is reasonable. He is very polite, clean, neat, and respectful.

Called Lee Hahn for a second opinion as another A/C company wanted work done on my A/Cs that seemed to be unnecessary.  Lee came out the same day, troubleshot and knew right away the problem at hand.  He had to go and get the blower from Trane but was able to finish the job on the same afternoon.  Outstanding job!!! and we will use again.  Thanks

He is a great a/c guy. It is a family owned and operated company. He is very trustworthy. He is the neatest repairman or workman that I have ever had in my house. He put drop cloths down the hall where he was changing out the a/c. He had a bucket that he held underneath to catch everything when he was cutting and stuff. He vacuumed everything. He did such a beautiful job. He put the a/c in a closet and he sealed it all up and put new wood down. I was very, very pleased with his services and I have referred him to several other families that have used him for their work and they are very satisfied with his work. I would absolutely use him again.

Overall the service that day was great, unlike other service people he didnt try to guess what it was but rather stated if the noise comes back call me and let me hear it over the phone if possible.

I didn't end up using him. They were pretty competitive price wise but they were a little too small of a company and I didn't know enough about them. I didn't know about their warranty. He was helpful and it was one guy that owns the place. He was the one that I talked to over the phone and he was willing to work with me. It wasn't a negative experience.

Excellent. Mr. Hahn wore shoe covers which is a must for me. He performed all work as needed and suggested I have the PVC put in for added protection. It is not a requirement, therefore, when the unit was installed by another HVAC company they did not put in this protection. I was happy he suggested doing the additional work. I have used other HVAC companies and Mr. Hahn was new for me. I will definitely have him as my permanent HVAC person.
