They installed a A/C unit that was to big for the square footage of my house . Ever year for the last 5 yrs my A/C goes out . Every year it cost me 100 of dollars to fix it . This company scams people and up charges them for things they do not need . Stay the h*** away from Air 3000

I was charged $575.00 for a part that I found out would have cost me $33.00 - 40.00. This was very unfair. I call the service manager and he has not returned my call. I will not be calling them again.

Within a matter of minutes, they fixed it. I had some other companies look at this in the past, and they were unable to fix it. The guys that came out were pretty nice as well. This was my first time using them, and would recommend them.

Air 3000 installed both our upstairs and downstairs units from Trane. First, they over sold us on what we needed, causing an imbalance. The upstairs unit is larger than it needs to be, leaving the air cold and clammy upstairs while too warm downstairs. Second, they installed the unit incorrectly upstairs causing the coils to constantly freeze. Eventually, their failed install caused the pan to overflow into our ceiling and into the wall in our bathroom. We have over $8,000 in water damage. This has been 2 years of **** trying to make it all right. Do not let them into your home.

***SHADY***DO NOT BUY A DEAL FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY***I bought the $95 for 2 hour deal. They called me early on to schedule but I wasn't ready to have the work performed so I called them back in August. The woman who answered transferred me to another woman who politely scheduled my appointment for the following friday. Come Friday when I had taken a day off work they didn't show. I called to ask where the plumber was and was told that "they no longer do business with Angie's list because they weren't getting the reimbursement they expected" which makes no sense. And, I was told to contact Angie's List for a refund of payment. Funny thing they still have a deal advertised on the website. So which is it Airhole 3000? Very unprofessional and I'll never recommend this shady company to anyone.

Im a real estate broker and I was glad to know that Air3000 followed on their commitment service they provided. Any realtors nightmare is for AC not function properly @ closing hence buyers had sold previous home and the closing couldn't be delayed any further because they contracted movers and top it off it was a Friday. By mutual agreement with buyer it was agreed to continue with closing and fix ac unit after closing. Air3000 addressed ac issue the next day and my client was able to deliver on his promise on providing a functioning AC during peak summer heat. Kuddos for owner on being attentive in this unusual situation. Also they also did some plumbing and was very pleased with workmanship.

I purchased the $95 coupon for two hours plumbing labor. The visit was scheduled promptly by their office staff shortly after coupon purchase. However on the day that they were supposed to arrive, we received a call requesting a later start start time. The later start time was not a problem on that particular day, as my husband was working from home. However, this usually would've been a real inconvenience as both my husband and I work full-time jobs with very little flexibility in our schedules. The plumbers did come out and look at our plumbing issues. Unfortunately, they were not able to do much at all as they did not have the requisite materials. My husband also said the demeanor of one of the plumbers was a bit brusque. With plumbing problems, I think the best approach is to hire a company that has a fully stocked service vehicle so that you can knock out the problem in one visit, rather then having an initial visit to assess the problem, and a second service call once supplies are obtained. Next time we will use a company that does exclusively plumbing and has a fully stocked service vehicle.

Went well didn't over charge

Total Fraud / Liar tried to rip me off with a $1000 charge almost. Home warranty company sent this company and the technician (Joe) replaced the capacitor on the AC unit and then stated that the 4 year old evaporator coil is leaking Freon due to a manufacturer defect. He told me there is not much rust but the part is under mfr warranty so the home warranty will not cover labor cost ($950) to replace. Part will be free as he will order from mfr. Home warranty tells me they DO cover labor on mfr warranty covered parts however will not cover this because technician reported rust / corrosion on the part. I asked for pictures as I could not be at the location. The tech tells the home warranty company that his phone "broke" so he cannot send pictures however told me that he already deleted the pictures from his phone as he sent them to the home warranty company already. Really??? Engaged another firm and they showed me NO rust (wow! Magic!!) on the part mostly made of aluminum!!! They could actually find NO leak whatsoever. Will NEVER EVER use this company in future!!!

After the installation it wasn't cooling so they came back the next day. They worked on it about two hours and now it is cooling and I am one happy person. They had to change one of the controls. It's cool and I like it. I got a ten year parts and labor warranty and a three year service contract. I like the extra features on the unit. They are very nice, professional people.

Tech was great, professional, performed work well. My complaints: I paid for a voucher on Angie's List and didn't receive a call for almost 2-3 weeks. I had to phone in to get service. Then the pricing seemed high for a toilet repair kit replacement - $165.

Fine and dandy

I sent them off. They suggested I call Angie's list but I've opted to write instead. I have pulled up the ad and cannot find anywhere where it is explained that this offering was merely for a consult. I am disappointed and now am out an unexpected $39.00 and get to look elsewhere for someone who is qualified to install a water recirculation system.

It was the company recommended by our warranty company. I'd seen some not so good reviews and was a bit concerned. But when they got there and dealt with them over the phone, no question, this is the company I want to handle my HVAC in the future. Courteous and professional. They listen, are empathetic and care. They arrived outside the window they listed and declined payment. On a return visit, because the issue was a bit more than previously diagnosed, the technician explained a few things for us to make sure we are on top of things with the insurance company and offered us a maintenance plan that we are signing up for that is not only comprehensive but reasonable. Handling the customer and making them feel valued is vital today, they nailed it. As a new customer we have a maintenance agreement free. Am I pleased? I am. Five stars from us.

It went extremely well. Our tech was informative, prompt and helpful.

They were unable to schedule it fo 2 weeks if I wanted the special price but then when they got here because they needed to use an auger they charged full price anyway. I feel the ad was a misrepresentation
