Unfortunately, someone broke my window to get into my home. Affordable Glass & Mirror, Inc were very professional and did not add extra stress to a already stressful situation. Just by telling them the name of my subdivision they knew which builder built the home and which company installed the original windows. this enabled them to directly contact that company to get the window measurements, which saved there personnel a trip to my house for measurements. This expedited my window installation. They provided excellent customer service. I am so very happy with this company and will use them again in the future

They called, gave me a quote right away, repaired the glass when the part came in.

Very Professsional, quick, and affordable.

I was very pleased that they physically did a site visit to assess the job prior to providing a quote. However, I feel that they overestimated the manhours to accomplish the job. Even though I make this statement, I am very pleased with the finality of the job and feel it was accomplished in an outstanding manner.

Good price, courteous, prepared the replacement glass and installed within a couple of days after making an on-site estimate.
