We are one of 9000 Franchise stores for Aerus Electrolux in the US and Canada. This office has been at this location and managed by Dale Harber since December of 1988. We offer our customers high quality products. We also offer quality service and warranty repair after the sale. Customers call or come into our showroom and we will offer repair estimates at no charge. We offer loaners for extended repairs and stand behind all repairs. Our vacuums come with up to a 25 year warranty, depending on which make or model is purchased. Free demonstrations and staff training are also provided to the client. We carry canister and upright models. We carry commercial and residential models. We sell, instal and warranty all central vacuum systems we sell. The home owner has no middle man do deal with, and the builder has one less subcontractor to be responsible for. All other makes of vacuums are repaired to the best of our ability to aquire parts for them. We welcome any customer who needs help with their unit. We are a small husband-wife company who has been with the Aerus Electrolux company for 25 years. We are known by all of our customers like family. Our goal is to help our clients provide the healthiest home for them and their families. We find solutions for cleaning, health, allergy, and flooring. When you purchase an Aerus Electrolux product, the warranty stays with the unit, not the owner, if you move or inherit equipment, the website aerusonline.com can locate the nearest store for your convenience. We currently are promoting our hepa air purification systems. They have been given the highest rating by the FDA and are a type II medical device. People with allergies or asthma have had great relief by using them. One unit can clean 2000 sq feet of air every hour. Indoor polution is worse than outdoor. We just want everyone to live as healthy as possible.

they called to be sure had right model number since they only had the bottom section. called when they couldn't find part local
sent off for the part and took apart broken elbow , found that another piece also was broken inside , they went to another
store and found the part needed. this was one part that had two matching pieces. they only charged me for the one part but made sure that both sides match and didn't charge for the other side. called me when finished . very friendly store, family owned.
