I had to have him come back on the following Saturday because the temprature was not working. He came back and was very honest and told me that he could not make the corrections and that I was a little far for travel. So he refunded me everything that I paid him on Thursday.

I noticed water coming from the A/C unit.
1. The filter was checked; it was found to be clean. The crew noticed that the coils were condensating and that there was a minor drip. Although they said the coils appeared clean they sprayed them with coil cleaner and then rinsed the coil cleaner off.
2. They checked the level of freon and it needed 1.5 pounds of freon.
3. The primary drain line was found to be slow draining. They cleared the slow draining line with compressed air. While they were there they checked the secondary drain to ensure that it was working properly.
This unit has always been quirky and I don't wait long when I notice something wrong with it. So, it was helpful that within 48 hours, and a hot weekend in the forecast they came over and took care of the situation.
