Accurate Pest Control

I am not the person to put reviews on Internet, but I felt this time I had to share my opinion with the Public to help them decide for themselves if Accurate Pest Control Company is right for them. I had called Accurate Pest Control for Scorpions, and paid them over $400 to use their chemicals to get rid of the Scorpions. Whatever solutions they used, it did not make the Scorpions go away. I had them in the bathroom, on walls, in my 11 year old room crawling, I was concerned and kept asking them to come out to spray. They have come out 4 times and Scorpions were still in the house. They said "because you live by the forest they keep coming". I understand that, but why do I call you? To get rid of them right? Well it did not work. I asked them for reimbursment, and the Owner said they will not reimburse me, because they "did the job right" was told by Service Manager. I wanted you to make a fair decision and hope that my review will help you make a right choice. Accurate Pest Control was not able to help me.

The work done was absolutely terrible and left our home exposed to the elements over a rainy weekend!! They re-applied repellant and then came back to seal the opening when the animals were out. This was just days before we expected to get possible heavy rains from Hurricane Harvey. I was thankful we had already scheduled this work since a hole in our roof during a rainstorm would've been bad news. They came and sealed the opening and left--explaining that this time they would put a stronger seal on and use screws (prior work had just used liquid nails..). We have a 2 story house and no ladder tall enough to reach, so we had no way to inspect the work, but assumed the opening was sealed. Thankfully, in NW San Antonio we received very high rain over the weekend. I say thankfully because Accurate Pest Control did not property seal the hole!! They screwed metal mesh over the opening!! They left us to understand the hold in our roof was sealed and left a primary water drainage point wide open to the elements!!! Their work was negligible at best. We have lost all trust in this company and will no longer be using any of their services. I've attached a photo taken of the "seal" Accurate did after we were finally able to get up on the roof to inspect the work the next week (after the hurricane).

They came in and they did everything pretty quickly. We saw some insects not too soon after he did the treatment and then my wife had to go back and do some additional treatment. They should do a more thorough treatment.

I called this morning, choosing them based on their Angies List reviews, and they were able to send someone out immediately. Their technician was very nice, efficient, and careful in his work. I had only seen the nests at the frot of the house, but he walked around and found others in back.

We have been seeing roaches. We asked them to move up their service a few weeks. No problems, found us a good time and came here on time.

I get bimonthly treatments and have had not issues with pests.  They always show up on time and frequently are early.

I contacted Accurate Pest Control because my elderly father was concerned he was seeing insects.  When I called, they were very attentive to my needs and offered to come to my home at no cost.  They were very thorough in evaluating my fathers concern and skillfully evaluated the conditions, and pinpointed exactly what my father presented.  They were very patient and understanding as material was being presented for evaluation.  No "Sales Pitch" or pressure to use their services.  I chose to schedule interior and exterior service at $115 a treatment ... this is $60 cheaper then another highly rated provider.

It was great as always. We have used Accurate since we moved to San Antonio 16 years ago. We have the same provider most times. Victor is always courteous and thorough. They have a no excuses guarantee, which is what prompted me to call the first time. Today he did our regular prevention barrier and did an extra treatment for some tiny little pavement ants that were just so insistent on living in our kitchen. The great thing is that I know I can call again if they come back. But I watched him work, and I don't expect those little bugs to get in ever again!

We contacted Accurate Pest Control because we had rodents in our addict.  My wife contacted Rickey who scheduled a service call and they arrived within an hour of calling.  Vlad showed up and was very professional and all around good guy. We discussed what type of noises we were hearing, what time of day and were in the house.  By my description he felt that we had a squirrel issue so he proceeded to check the roof and eves. He found three possible entry points but was pretty sure a vent pipe in our addict was the spot.  He recommended using repellent and quoted $225.  After applying the repellent he warned me that we might here some EXTRA RACKET caused by the squirrel touching the repellent.  Later that night he was spot on as we heard a bunch of banging and running in our attic.  Since that time we have not heard any other noise.  He said he would call me Monday to see how things were going and he called as he noted and we scheduled a time for him to return to close up the 3 entry points that he had identified.   He returned Tuesday morning right on schedule and completed the work within 40 minutes.

These guys are great and honest,  Definitely a good company to use.

 

A very nice gentleman by the name of Vladimir (Vlad) came to give me the quote. He was not the only one who came, but he was the most professional. He used the ladder to inspect the areas the squirrels possibly entered the attic, he gave me the most reasonable quote, he came back twice to apply the repellent and build the screen, he was punctual. I would definitely recommend him.

Tony, the technician from Accurate, came out and explained how he was going to treat the house and yard. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and very professional. He had a trainee technician with him and they sprayed the house for insects as well as inspecting for insects. He asked if we had had any insect problems and also answered any questions I had regarding their service. The temperature was below freezing the day they came so it was decided that they would come back at another time to treat the yard. Their office called and rescheduled the yard treatment. Tony and assistant came back and treated the yard. Again answering my questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. My dealings with their office staff, technicians, and price have been excellent. I highly recommend them.

I used them many years ago and I will use them again. They were really good, know what they were doing, prompt, punctual, follow up, and do what they suppose to do. They are great and send you an email telling you your next appointment for quarterly service. They work with you to change the appointment according to your schedule. It was yesterday. I spent $86.60. It is a 2-story home and they take care of the inside and bait rust outside because I have a little force behind me. They tell you of any problem areas that they find and ask you if you see little creatures running around. I am very pleased with their service. Their services are very reasonable and I seemed no reason to change my arrangements with them. It is a super company and really, truly is. From the receptionist that take your calls and send you the emails, everybody undoubtedly. Until such time as they screw up and they have to screw up badly. Their technicians are very professional, courteous, and I cannot say enough good things about them.

it took a while, but after several re-positioning of the humane traps, our raccoon vandal was caught and removed.

They're on time. They do a thorough job. They get back with me to let me know what they sprayed and what they used on the house. I would use them again in the future.

Dino, the technician, was on time, very professional and very helpful in explaining the service plan and future visits. He gave our home a thorough check for insects and was very careful in the application of the spray in the house. He also gave the outside of our home and the grounds a thorough check and spraying. We will definitely keep using Accurate and will recommend them to others.

Salesperson was prompt and courteous, and the 2-person crew arrived on-time on the day of the appointment.  The only hitch - which was important to me - regarded the holes that needed to be drilled into the driveway.  The salesperson said the holes would be applied under the wooden expansion joint (Excellent....they would be hidden!!...I could apply a new wooden strip if they did not replace it with a new one).  Instead of this happening, the crew drilled the holes a foot or so in front of the expansion joint.  The problem lies in the very dark concrete that is poured into the drilled holes.  Yes, it is cosmetic, but the numerous dark concrete holes are clearly visible and irreversible unless I want to drill out the holes and re-fill them with matching concrete.  If you say you are going to do the job a certain way (holes hidden under the expansion joint), then do it that way.
As far as I know the job of eliminating the termites was/will be successful, but the precision/execution was lacking. Why would a crew not hide the holes - as a standard practice  - under an expansion joint as opposed to putting them right next to the expansion joint...visible and irregular....with no attempt to match the concrete.  

Arrived on time.  Explained what he would be doing.  Company had explained when we made appointment what we needed to do in preparation.  We had to be out of house 2 1/2 to 3 hours after job was done.  He called my cell when he had finished.
