They found a very minor inexpensive part and replaced it for me. They would get an "A" all of the way through.

They came out and got it taken care of very quick. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg to replace something simple. They did a great job. I hope they keep it up.

They are awesome. They got out quick, the problem was minor and easy to fix. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I am very pleased with them. I can't think of anything they could improve.

They are very courteous. They come out and do what they are suppose to do. They are always on time, and do a good job!

I called Matt at ACSA at about 8:30 AM this morning.  He called me back about 15 minutes later and said someone could come and look at the AC unit in about 30 minutes.  They were there before 30 minutes had past, diagnosed the problem, left to get the part, and had it fixed all before lunch.  Great service and great professionalism.  We have a Total Protect warranty and they told us to call ACSA, and I'm really glad they did!

As always, ACSA rose to the occasion.  Matt came as scheduled and helped us with our issue.  He was in and out quickly, fixing the issue we had.

Replaced a computer board. I didn't get a competitive price.

This work was covered under our home warranty policy.  We contacted the insurer and were told we would receive a call within 24 hours.  The contractor contacted us within 2 hours after we turned in our claim.  The motor was replaced within 2 days.  We really appreciated their efforts in getting this sorted out so quickly!  I would recommend them to anyone!

AC State Air showed up right on time, Matt was friendly and professional.  I had previously gotten a quote from another A/C company that was very high. ACSA was considerably cheaper.

Showed up on time, recharged the freon (did not perfom a leak test to find out where or if the freon is leaking), left instructions to call the home warranty company if I notice the cooling degrade again.  Tech was professional enough and friendly, overall a decent experience from a servicing company.  As far as using this company again, I probably won't just becuase I prefer to use a company of my chosing.

This company was contracted to us by our Home Warranty company. We paid the service fee through the home warranty company and then this company performed the services. They replaced the compressor for the air conditioner and everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Though we did not get to choose the company or the brand/model for the compressor, everything is now running smoothly. The only downside was that the compressor took about 7 days to arrive after it was ordered, but I don't know if the delay was an issue with the warranty company or the a/c company.

The issue with my furnace was complicated. As it turns out, the problem I was experiencing was a direct result of an issue with my gas line, so the gas company had to be involved to resolve everything effectively. I think AC State Air interacted with gas company representative very well. I thought they were responsive and professional.

A/C State Air performed beyond my expectations. I own rental properties and have used MANY other contractors over the years with average to poor results (slow, not capable, too expensive, repeat trips, trying to sell me more than was necessary, etc) but AC State has been prompt, polite, reasonably priced and helpful. They have become my "GO TO" A/C repair company

My 20 year-old, Ruud outdoor A/C unit stopped working in 101 degree temperatures. I had recently bought the house, so I called the home warranty carrier and they arranged for a tech from ACSA (AC State Air) to come out. I called the next morning to see when they would be sending a technician and the receptionist apologized, saying they did not have an opening that day, but could have someone out before 1pm the next day. The receptionist called me back later in the afternoon to confirm the appointment. Mike arrived at 12:30pm and was very courteous and professional. He washed down the outside coils, replaced a burned-out run capacitor, and checked the system for proper operation. Fortunately, that was all that was required to get the 20 year old unit up and running again!

They are an excellent company. I've never had any problems with them. They show up on time when they say they will. We will continue to use them.
