8 hours and we still had to clean after Sonya’s time was done. Plenty of examples of poor service - put bar of hand soap on nightstand, left wet towels on hard wood furniture, dirty sink stopper left on furniture, the topper - she was seen laying on bed texting! Save your time and money - hire an 8th grader, you’ll get same results!

house cleaning

No furniture was moved; no dusting; paid for deep cleaning and all that was done were bathrooms and vacuuming. Paid $175 for a deep cleaning. I have photos of before and after showing almost no cleaning was done.

The person who actually cleaned my house was great but this company is administratively awful. It took months to get billed which meant laying out a lot of money at once. They are clearly extremely disorganized. The last straw was finding out how the cleaners were badly treated and bullied. Do not hire this company!

The girl working for me, her name is Rita, wrote herself a $500.00 check and it wan't supposed to be that much. She wanted me to pay her under the table, and not go through the cleaning agency. She was helping me organize, but I didn’t see much cleaning out of her. She took a basket full of my laundry home with her one day, and she hasn't been back since. I couldn't get help from anyone at the office; they just kind of ignored my problem. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I talked to Ginger over the phone and she could accomodate my tight schedule, so I hired them. However, on the morning scheduled the person did not show up and did not bother to call they'd be late or were not coming.  When I called Ginger finally figured out that the person who was supposed to come had car trouble and they were hoping she can get there. However, that had already messed up my day.  Ginger was very good at trying to work with me to reschedule and have someone else come. A young girl came, and worked for 4 hours. I had expected her to have all her materials and to know what she was doing. Unfortunately, I didn't check on the work in progress. After she was done, I looked and was appalled to see all the soap spots still on shower doors and appliances. I asked her what product she used and she said she only had the Fabuloso.  I had her redo the shower and some other things. She was nice, but not professional.   She ended up spending  5 hours at my house, but after she left I kept finding dust (e.g. top of the fridge wasn't dusted).  When Ginger called and I told her why I was very unsatisfied, she took off the cost for one hour, explaining the girl she had sent was a temp - but that wasn't my problem, I expected a professional service but got it half-way.  Ginger was very professional and tried to do her best to resolve the situation. But I would not use them again because of the kind of service I got. The cost is higher than some other estimates too.

Overall, the job was completed very well. Two different cleaning groups came out since I had them out twice. They used the products that I wanted them to use. They did a great job with the cleaning. Second time they cleaned, they were late but did a great job. I will use them again if my housekeeper is out..

I wanted a quick clean, not a deep clean. She spent an half-hour on the shower before I noticed the time. I spent more than I wanted, which is frustrating. I would not spend that much for what was done. Lesson learned: communicate exact expectations ahead of time.

Good price and Angie's List discount.  Very professional and flexible on the cleaning time/date.  Showed a little late (~10 min past the 8-8:30am window) but willing to stay as long as it took to clean what we wanted cleaned.  Overall good job.

A friend gave me Gingers number - she saved the day. The rate is 20.00 an hour, and no type of cleaning is off limits. I have since had them clean all the windows in the house, and clean out my fridge. Totally worth the money. I don't see her current info, but the # I called was 512 669 2990, and when they got my address info, she asked if I was in Austin, Houston or San Antonio

Very pleasant, although she (Debbie) got lost and was half an hour late. She helped me reorganize the junk in my dining room and it took most of the 3 hour minimum. The service was a bit pricey and if she were only doing the bathrooms, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming it would not take 3 hours to complete. I don't have that big of a house. Overall, I was pleased.
