 + 0 moreCompletely failed to communicate with me on commencing his part of the restoration that he had committed to doing after I spent over 600.00 with other businesses to have the car prepared for a paint job.
Description of Work: This individual and his company reps gave me estimates and we got all set up for a classic car paint job including me spending a lot of money and time getting trim off the car and rechromed etc. But after that, he refused to respond to phone calls, emails or even when I visited his place of business. He would always be "out" when I went there even though I personally saw him in the back office when I arrived. His behavior and attitude are the epitome of "shady" and unprofessional. I would not trust his business to do work for me in the future.

 + -1 moreTHEY REMOVED THE DENT AND SANDED THE SPOT. NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU LOOK, YOU CAN'T EVEN NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE WHICH I FIND TO BE THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF SERVICE.
Description of Work: THERE WAS AN UNAPPEALING DENT IN MY REAR BUMPER THAT THEY TOOK OUT.
