Excellent, professional, friendly service. We called because we had used Aaron's before to replace the heating element in our 40+ yr-old oven. Now our dryer stopped drying and the dial on our washer stopped working. Matthew showed me what he was doing and why on each step of the process: 2 small screws saved us $100 on parts as we did not have to replace the selection panel on the washer. The dryer was completely stuffed with lint due to improper exhausting. He thoroughly vacuumed the dryer, cleaned and lubricated the parts, and showed us how to position the dryer to improve the exhaustion. Ready for another 10 years. Very happy!

The unit started to cool right away and within 1 hour made its first batch of ice. He let us know how it worked and why it failed. He was very friendly to talk to. The cost of the repair was very fair. He had all the parts. He is very honest and trustworthy. He is very kind, curtious, responsible and respectful.

It would cost me $600 to replace this unit and install components that would fit this space so the amount he charged to repair oven was reasonable. He came recommended from my favorite appliance repair man who is out of commission due to an injury. Easy to communicate with and very professional.

Perfect. Turns out they just needed to clean the coils and replace the filter.

Our refrigerator was not cooling properly so we called Aaron's. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and checked everything else to make sure it was in proper working condition. He recommended we have the coils cleaned, so we did. All in all it took about an hour and a half. He is very thorough and personable.

He charges a service fee of $65 just for coming to your house. He charged $89 for the part that was needed in the oven plus $85 in labor for putting the part in the oven. Then he asked me if I wanted him to check my dishwasher, and I said sure. He ran it for about 5 minutes and said it was working fine. When I got the bill he charged me another $65 to check the dishwasher when I didn't ask him to do that, he offered. I told him that I thought he over and ndash;charged me but he wasn't willing to budge. I feel that I got taken advantage of.

They were quick to respond with service (upon receipt of parts from warehouse). When they arrived the Father and Son team worked carefully and quickly to make the repairs. They were both very pleasent I felt very comfortable with them working in my home

It went okay. They only take cash which I feel is very limited since most of the charges will be large and people can't always get that much cash.

This company overall wasn't a bad experience, but it didn't ''WOW" me either. First of all, it started off badly because they didn't have a military discount. They explained the service call charge ($49.50) to me on the phone beforehand, and they scheduled me within a shorter time frame than most repair services (12:30 to 2:00pm) and were exactly on time which was nice. The representatives who showed up at my door were nice, and chit-chatted with me about my dog for a few minutes. They looked at my washer, asked me questions to diagnose the problem, and almost immediately told me what was wrong: my washer was an HD washer, and I had been using too much detergent. Then they tried to sell me a $50 surge protector for the type of socket the washer takes, which I thought was sleazy, which is why I stated I wouldn't use them again. Anyone who is getting $50.00 for 5 minutes (which, by the way is $2750 an hour) and still isn't satisfied with that profit is nopt sopmeone I would do business with again.

Terrific! They were prompt and professional and obviously enjoyed working with each other! We also had to call them for another repair to our Maytag dryer on 10/16/09 and they also did a great job on that. We obviously were very pleased with their work.

I called the factory warranty first - they discovered the problem: I have a bad main circuit panel. It would have been covered under warranty, but I lost the receipt, and never registered the warranty. So the technician said the total cost would be nearly $690.00. I then called Matthew at Aaron's Service, and he offered to come and fix the washer that same day. That didn't work with my plans, so he came the following morning. He fixed the washer for less than $400.00. The service call was less, the part was alot less. The Technician was awesome!! I HIGHLY recommend him for your major appliance repair. (Microwave, refrigerator, dryer, etc.)

Matthew came the same day I called to repair my older (1970's - 1980's) Magic Chef built-in oven. I had reported that the oven would not heat up, although all breaker switches had been checked and confirmed as "on." The "fix" was minor - adjustment of the timers, which I did not know how to operate and had assumed no longer worked. He charged me a $50 service charge for the visit, which I thought was fair. While at my home, he also answered several questions about an older dishwasher and older refrigerator (both General Electric), which I own. He struck me as very knowledgeable about a broad variety of appliances. If mine need repairs in the future, I plan to call him again.

The serviceman came within 2 hours of being called. Analyzed the problem as a fan that had stopped working. Had a new controller board with him and by replacing the board was able to fix the problem. Total bill for both materials and labor was under $300. The service man was very considerate and professional. We found this company in the phone book after Sears told us they could not come out for at least a week.
