We have called upon Aardvark for at least 10 years.  Mr. Neal has great patience and persistence and stays on-the-job  to its conclusion.  When we bought this house we discovered a "roof rat" problem of major proportions in this brick house with a tile roof.  Mr. Neal sealed every possible location of entry, on the roof, under the roof, completely around the house, inside the garage, and still the problem persisted.  Eventually a discovery was made in a completely unexpected and unlikely location, which he sealed with a metal barricade.  That was the end of the rat problem about 5 - 6 years ago

This house backs up to a watershed "green" area.  We had a persistent skunk problem until Mr. Neal trapped the animal and transported it many miles away and released it.  That was about 4 - 5 years  ago and no subsequent problems!

I could add other examples, but the point is made.  We would not consider any other than Aardvark services!

Came out 8 or 9 times and set up traps, baited them and then removed the animals (takes them to a wooded area to release them).  He has a camera he used to discern type of animal and selects the bait and type of trap accordingly.  He is very, very reliable and responsive.  He gave a thirty day warranty on coming back to set up cages if anything starts to damage yard again.  Very fair and professional.

They come quarterly and are very knowledgeable. They do my house, my dad's house and a rental house and put my charges on a credit card. Their price is average.

They were professional and they were very knowledgeable about different insects. They have done my termite control and quarterly pest control. They have done a good job with all of the services. The office stays on top of appointments and they will call to remind of appointments.

They keep the scorpions at bay because I have dogs and they will harm them and whatever they do works. They come in with coverings on their feet. They will also call me to remind me about our appointments and they were never late.

My wife and I heard scratching, chewing and movement noises in our attic for several days.We checked Angie's List, found Aardvark and liked the reviews. So, we called them and made an appointment for someone to come out and check it out and give us an estimate.
Steve, the owner, came out and thoroughly inspected to discover signs of the source (s( of the noises. Although he didn't see any beast up there, he did sight traces (pawprints) of a raccoon. He told us what he recommended to fix the problem (we've had them in the past) once and for all. He said he'd put out traps and then check back in a few days to see if anything had gotten trapped. He also suggested to seal up any area where animals might gain access to our house. This included vent areas, ridge vent, wire chase etc.
We had quite an interesting and informative conversation with him and he impressed us with his background and knowledge. He gave us his estimate which we felt was worthwhile for the amount of work he was going to do.
We set a date and he and a helper (our roof is extremely steep) came out and did their work. Not only did he do all the sealing but he also cut down some branches where animals might have easy access to the house.
He came out several days later and checked and removed the traps. Although there were no animals trapped, we have heard NO sounds from any area above us.We are extremely pleased with the results and feel our problems we've had in the past will no longer plague us.
 We would definitely call on Steve and Aardvark again in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family if they had pest problems.

Steve and his staff responded to my request for an estimate very quickly.  There were some areas of concern on my house roof where squirrels were entering my attic and on my garage roof where rodents were entering.  He gave me a very detailed inspection and estimate which I thought was reasonable, so I asked him to do the necessary repairs.  He was very professional, thorough, honest and friendly and did a great job fixing the areas he found where animals could enter.  I also like that he guarantees the repairs for a year.  I would definitely recommend his services.

I've been using them for 14 years. They've always been very reasonable in price. They are reliable. You will get the same serviceperson every time. They are very responsive. They will come out quickly if we find random ants. I would highly recommend them.

It went great.  Steven, the owner, is a very honest and reasonable.  The estimate was free and they guarantee their work for 1 year.  They were here for about 8 hours patching all of the holes that had been made in the eaves.  Steven came back to check traps throughout the week and finally removed them on 8/28/12 as the animals had been removed.  I was so happy with the service that I will probably go back to them for general pests as well.

They are very good. Their last visit was free because we are on contract with them for rodent control. So they come out and check the attic and take care of the problem. I call them anytime I hear noise in the attic. They are reliable and honest. Their price is very fair. We would use their services in the future too. We have used the services of other companies in the past but now we only use Aardvark Pest Services.

I used them before buying my house and they found carpenter ants that another service missed the week before. They have always been on time, very thorough, and get things done quickly. I have recommended them to a number of people and have heard nothing but good things. Price above is annual charge. They came early on a Saturday morning for me so I could meet other obligations.

I have used them before in the past and they were superior again. I'm pleased with their work. I can't say enough nice things about Neal and Aardvark service. The price is a year contract for rodent and pest control.
