AAA Restoration

Shiloh at AAA was a true professional. We requested a free estimate which was scheduled in a few days after our initial call. Shiloh took the time to review the damage and went above and beyond to ensure the source of the water leakage was in fact the damaged/missing grout around the edge of the tub. No other contractor did this for us as part of their estimate! Shiloh even assisted us with determining the best grout needed to make the grout repair myself, something he could have easily charged for. His crew took two days to replace the drywall, tape, texture, and repaint the entire ceiling area to make everything even. The crew cleaned up very well and the price charged was significantly less than what my insurance company estimated, and what other contractors quoted us. Our ceiling looks brand new again! JT and Chyloh were wonderful. They even worked with my insurance company when the insurance company provided me with an incorrect payment amount. They really went the extra mile.

Jeff and his crew are very clean and remove all debris from the work area. I didn't even have to wash the floor when they left! A crew member came by the second day to check on the progress of the dry-out and removed the fan on the 3rd day. I had had a slow leak for months and didn't know it because my new cabinets were a thick wood and had been able to absorb the moistureand hellip;..until it was so full of water that it started leaking out. Once the toe-kick was removed, the smell was horrible. As soon as they sprayed their products, the smell went away immediately!! I am in the Bluffview neighborhood of San Antonio, comprised of 30 year old homes. If anyone needs restoration assistance, AAA Restoration would be my first call. I highly recommend them. Jeff is an honest, hard-working individual. I trust him completely.
