AAA-Mr. Level All Foundation Repair

Everything was great except they tore my hard apart and killed plants and grass and everything else. They have to dig big holes in the ground to get to where they are going to support the foundation and they put the dirt on my grass and left it there for several days which killed the grass. They killed the plants. If I had known they were going to dig there I would have dug them up myself so I could replant later. Everything was well done as far as I know. I don't know how you know if your house is properly level or not. They left sort of empty holes around where they did their work. Somebody came by later and looked at them and said I ought to call them back and tell them to fill that up. That person thought it was not done properly or professionally. I didn't like the way they destroyed my yard. The lady who owns the company I expressed concern to her and she felt bad about it and she bought me a little wind chime to hang in the backyard. I think that was her way of saying sorry. I think it had been a lack of communication. They taped where they were going to dig. If she had said we are going to dig a hole and it is going to be this big. Any plants will be killed. If you want to move them ahead of time you need to do that. If she would have communicated that it would have been okay. I'm not sure of the killing of the grass. Of course it came back eventually. They didn't fully communicate the trauma that was going to occur to my yard. They did very good work. The price was good. Nobody is going to do it for cheap and if they do you probably wouldn't be happy with that. You don't want to mess around with something like your foundation and have something that would have to be redone. That would be horrific. My experience is they damaged my yard. They weren't careful. They didn't warn me. There was nothing to respond to. They were great about responsiveness. They were recommended to me by two other people in the neighborhood that had the work done. That is how I found out about it. I live in a neighborhood that is on a hill, so of course we have those problems after periods of drought and rain and drought and rain the house is no longer level because of the dirt here. The whole neighborhood had that problem. They had done other houses in the neighborhood and were recommended to me by others in the neighborhood who had the work done. They are not people who would be so picky about their yard being messed up.
