Fantastic! The spring on my garage door broke the previous night and I called AAA at about 9 the next morning. They told me they could have someone out to replace the spring within 2 hours. The repairman showed up at 10am and replaced the spring in about 20 mins. This is the second time I've used this company. They are polite, punctual, and reasonably priced and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I wish all companies maintained their level of professionalism!

Knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it immediately. I was able to use his services with my home-shield and was very satisfied.

The young man was courteous and did a great job.

The initial installation was excellent and timely. Their owner/workman worked until late to make sure our door was up and that the house was secure. When a different worker came back to uninstall/reinstall the door after a different company re-framed the garage, they were ready to leave without a functioning garage door. It took some protest, but they finally got the job done correctly.

It went well. What stool out was the fact that he just did what I paid for and didn’t try to sell me any extra things. He gave me suggestions on what I could improve on or parts that I needed, that needs to be changed down the line, because it didn’t need to be done right away.

He had a special for $39 to come and check it out and oil it and do whatever. When he showed up, he did all that and he and I talked. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing. He did a good job and he was very responsive.

Technician only interested in selling new unit. Did not try to make any adjustments to drive chain. Had to request that he lubricate hinges and rollers before he left.

Their ad was not accurate. They talked about a belt drive, but then, what they were saying was, it was supposed to be a chain drive. So, they put in a chain drive. But basically, their ad kind of talked about both, even though, they were saying it should have been the cheaper one. I didn't fight it, but they messed up, they probably should have honored. I was having it installed at my parent's brand new house. The other issue was that it said, "A lifetime warranty," and they were like, "Oh well, no, it doesn't have a lifetime warranty because that was the belt drive." They should have given me the better thing. They were timely. The person was perfectly nice, but I think they should have upgraded me to align with a lifetime warranty. There should have been a discount if they weren't going to give me the product. Their ad was like a combination of things, their ad was wrong. Their price was average, it was pretty aligned with everyone else. It is really loud. They arrived on time and everything. I actually went with somebody else when I had it done at my own house.

He was awesome. He came on the date and time that we agreed too. He installed the light bulbs at no additional charge. He gave me his card and I'll probably have him come back and do some more work for me. The one that he put in is perfect, I'll have him do a tune-up. There is nothing wrong with it, it's the best. He is clean, quiet, efficient, professional, and smart. He cares about his job, and takes pride in his work. I would recommend them.

I called AAA and they sent out a man to measure the door. He called in the dimensions The office called me back within 15 min., quoted me a price, and scheduled an installer to be at my house the next morning. The new door was installed by 2:00 PM that day. Mike, the installer, was quite courteous. He tightened the chain, so the door operated very quietly. I was delighted.

When I called AAA Garage Door Service I spoke with Katie to get a better understand of the offering on Angie's List. She was very friendly and helpful. I purchased the packages on Angie's List and then worked with Katie to schedule the installation. When Mike the installer arrived he found that there was a beam in the way in the garage and the openers could not be installed. Katie and Mike both called me and since I was remote they sent me a picture of the issue. I then worked with someone to have the beam moved and then called Katie to reschedule the installation. Again she was very helpful and accommodating. When Mike arrive for the install he was very friendly and installed the openers with no issue. I truly enjoyed working with Katie and Mike and would highly recommend AAA Garage Door Service to anyone looking for door openers.

As always hate to spend money but feel it is going to make my garage door last alot longer. Mike did some education on the care I should be doing regularly which I appreciated.

Mike did a good job. Came out on time and did his job quickly and cleaned up after.

New opener requested by phone; appointment established however serviceman arrived without an opener. Reset appointment and new opener (Liftmaster) installed. Six days later, the arm that connects the opener to the door came loose from the door. Apparently, a cotter pin was not installed. In phone conversation, installer was very defensive/hostile. Buyer beware.

AAA was patient, honest and courteous over the phone when we were trying to get the best price for our repair.  It didn't take too long for them to get us penciled into their schedule and the repair job didn't take very long either.  The man that repaired our garage door was also very courteous and did a great job.  When you have a family, it's important to try to get great repair service at great prices...this is the place to call when you need your garage door repaired!

Great! He arrived on time (literally less than 2 hours after I called!) and quickly went to work. He replaced the spring and went over basic maintenance. I will definitely use him again should I need another repair.

AWESOME.  He came out and did the job all in ONE visit!  Very impressed with his professionalism.

 Triple AAA was the third company I called after having my car trapped for three days. I really liked that there was someone to actually answer the phone.  I had called two other companies that the number probably went to cells because I got a voice mail and one never called me back and the other called two days later and he was out of town. I thought I would have to wait till Monday for an apt. but the guy came out on Saturday.  He gave me a two hour window and showed up during the window given.  He was fast and was helpful in providing advice on options of price verses, length of wear and service vs cost and let us decide which way to go.  I was very satisfied with the job.

Minor delays getting started--he had to re-schedule.  Overall, good work and I recommend this company.
