Ruben Pina, Sr. was recommended to me by a friend whose father had used A1BizCom for years. I contacted A1BizCom and spoke with Ruben. I candidly explained that I had little knowledge of business phone systems. Ruben just laughed and assured me that he would know which system would best suit my needs by asking me a few simple questions. He was right! Ruben came out and met with me in person and explained the different options available to me. I felt very comfortable with the selection I made and was pleased to learn the system could be installed the next morning. Ruben sent his son, Ruben Pina, Jr, to handle the installation. He was pleasant and professional and worked diligently the entire time. He had the system installed and operational before lunch!
