"This is a lie, We did submit the drawings and the estimate to miss [Member Name Removed] using the email provided to us. [Member Information Removed] She has refused to address this fact and has refused to reply. We are unable to ascertain why she would make a false report however we accept that customers have the right to be angry and may attempt to attack us unjustly no matter how much we have gone out of the way to please them."
"I'm sorry sir, but we give priority to all of our existing bi weekly clients. It is extremely difficult to add a random service call for a specific date and time even with one weeks notice. We would rather not service the home than disappoint our long standing clients. Hope you feel better."
There must have been an office mix-up because no one confirmed when they what date they would be here. Fortunately, Mr Potts called before he came, so I was able to be home when they arrived to ensure my dogs were in the house.
They did a fast, efficient job on the lawn and cleaned up the walks and driveway. I was impressed and told them I'd like to hire them for regular service. Mr Potts said he would check on scheduling and left his card.
Despite calling the business twice, sending a text to Mr Potts and contacting them through Angie's List, I haven't heard from them. Even if they are not looking for additional business, I believe the professional approach would have been a timely response.
The actual workers did a terrific job and I will set up regular service.

In fact, since our original exchange I've just been on a schedule with Aveteran as life has gotten in my way of me being able to take care of my own yard.
Professional, on time, makes solid recommendations for future needs, and much more organized then I am. He even stepped in to help us figure out a new sprinkler system that was out of wack. He keeps me on scheule and within HOA compliance which is exactly what I need in my life right now.
