I needed to find information about our shower pan. He called me right away even though we never met the man. He spent 2 hours with my husband and I telling us about the plumbing in the house. He gave us a couple references for his work. He went out of his way to show us his work. He gave us some great information for the plumbing in the house before we bought it. We recommend him because of his excellence with the job.
