I was pleased with the service and professionalism exhibited as I had been in my past dealings with Dwight.

We got exactly what was written in the estimate; nothing more or less. Which sounds fine on the surface, but is a big problem when the estimate is not specific. When I would try to clarify something I wanted to see differently, I felt like I was a huge bother, and this job was such a burden. Parts, piles of dirt, and other debris were left after the job was "finished" and there were even two sprinkler heads placed within 6 inches of each other and neither worked. After I called, he came back and fixed the problem within a few days Now that it's been a few months, I've noticed that the drip irrigation system he recommended around the edges of the house are causing some major drainage problems, and the mulch that they left touching the wood siding removed some paint.

Obtained verbal $550 estimate on 3-25-10 for services, requested written estimate(said his wife could write one up but he preferred to just give "his word" ) I accepted against my better judgement and we agreed he would start work on 3-29-10. He did not show on 3-29-10, I called midday on 3-29-10 left message to inquire when he would be starting, he returned my call late in the day and stated that he had more work than he expected and that he would start on 3-30-10. He started the job on 3-30-10 at 3pm, worked for 2hrs and left...I arrived at 5:45pm to find small branches and a lot of debris left in driveway(afterwork cleanup was lacking each day and we did the extra cleanup ourselves). Job was completed on 3-31-10..was presented with his "itemized bill" which was $850 ($300 more than verbal estimate) and relunctantly settled for $700. Buyer beware..get an itemized estimate for any job to be done..I understand that jobs sometimes require EXTRA SERVICES that are unseen and required for a quality job to be done therefore requiring an additional charge and I really don't mind having extra work done if recommended with additional charges as long as I have been given a courtesy call, but I really don't like agreeing on a price for a given job and then be given a bill $300 dollars higher for the exact same agreed upon job..it just ain't good business in my opinion..I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism when the final bill was negotiated..he complained about the amount of work..he complained about the cost of removing some but not all of the debris..he complained about the cost of the mulch..it was almost as if he hated his job..and he attempted to make me feel that I was "one of those people" one of those people that try to get out of paying their bills..after politely informing him that I work hard for my money and all that I have and that I have a great respect for the "honest" working man (a category I feel he does not fall in) we went our separate ways..In conclusion his work was decent, but his work ethic leaves little to be desired. I will not retain him for services in the future.

We purchased a pond kit several years ago and finally installed it last year. The upper and lower ponds were hard plastic. First the upper pond sprung a leak and then the lower. All of our fish died in the heat this summer. Dwight came in and lined both the upper and lower ponds. Before that he shored up the foundation of both ponds. Everything has been functioning well and our new fish are thriving after about a month.
