Description of Work: Excellent home inspection service!! He took lots of pictures and included them in the report so we knew exactly what he was referencing in the report. All concerns were noted and he was very knowledgeable. Definitely worth the cost. He was very friendly and took the time to do the job right. We are very satisfied with his service! Description of Work: The did a full house inspection. They went from the roof to the foundation. The check electrical, plumbing walls, heating and A/C. Checked for cracks and shift the foundation and how much it sunk over the years. In an email report the gave digital pictures with little red arrows explaining the problems. The email was 35 pages long. They also check the temp. between the two floors of the house. they check for leaks in plumbing. They checked to see in any vegetation was touching the house to see if insects could get in. Took pictures of cracks in the house where insects could get and advised how to fill the cracks. The checked all of the windows and outlets to make sure all were working. the checked the cracks between windows.
