A MORTGAGE SOLUTION

I had used this company in 2004 or 2005. I was pleased with them so when I wanted to refinance my home again and saw they were on Angie's List, I called them. Jackie, the owner, had moved her office from its former location to her home. I called the number on Angie's List since it was easier to locate. Jackie had asked the standard questions, which I answered except one question. I was to locate information from my previous tax year and call her back. However before we hung up, she told me to call her cell phone number, which she gave. Within ten minutes, I called her back and left a message. She never returned my call. I called again an hour later, a day later, two days later, and by the end of the week when she didn't return my call, I figured she didn't want my business. Giving her the benefit of the doubt that a situation may have risen but after not hearing back by the end of the month, I called my present mortgage company and spoke with a knowledgeable person. I had tried calling them before but the previous person apparently wasn't as knowledgeable. I asked him if it would benefit me to refinance again and he said that I only had eight years left on my mortgage and it would cost more to refinance and not really save any money in the long run. So, I took the money that would have been paid for the closing cost and applied it to my principal. Mean while, I don't recommend that anyone bother with A Mortgage Solutions since it appears the owner has more business than she can handle.
