 + -1 moreTHE AGENT WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED THE SERVICE THOROUGHLY AND GAVE US THOROUGH INSTRUCTION ON THE SYSTEM. OUR ALARM WENT OFF A FEW TIMES WHEN WE ACCIDENTALLY OPENED DOORS WITHOUT TURNING IT OFF AND THEY RESPONDED WITHIN A MINUTE, ASKED IF EVERYTHING IS OKAY AFTER CHECKING OUR IDENTITY. IF THERE'S NO ONE AT HOME, THEY'LL CALL YOU ON YOUR ALTERNATE NUMBER AND EVEN SEND POLICE TO CHECK AROUND THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDE SECURITY SERVICE. THEY CAME TO INSTALL HOUSE ALARM, INSTALLATION WAS FREE. THERE IS ALSO A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE ALARM SYSTEM.
