 + -1 moreCalled A&D on Tuesday with no response....on Thursday A&D called and apologized... they were out of town. They could be at the house at 9:00 Friday morning as was our original request. They were there on time and fully equiped. A replacement part was needed and they found the part and went and got it. Work was completed plus a bit of extra work that was not really necessary (we were not charged for the extra). They cleaned up and left. Everything was professional and all issues were discussed before any actions were completed. Very pleased with their work and professionalism
Description of Work: Replaced condensor fan on system one of two ACs. Completed pre-season system checks on dual systems. Verified system's performance. Cleaned up and left.

 + -1 moreVery well. Came on Labor Day because it was my only day off of work. Checked out system quickly but thoroughly. Gave me suggestions for improvements later when it was time to turn on heat. He did find some problems with the system, but recommended I call my home warranty to file a claim for those repairs. And as an added bonus, he vacuumed my in and out register for me and even offered to return if the other service providered disagreed with the repairs he recommend to show them.
Description of Work: Regular maintain check on my air conditioning unit.
