"Thank you for your comments Mr. [Member Name Removed]. The description that you provided implies that A-1 Engineering took its time in developing the plat but please keep in mind that the county held the plat in review for months. We provided our documents and responses in a reasonable time. We corresponded with the county multiple times and the septic component was a county imposed requirement. None the less, we apologize for delays that we may have caused and we have reviewed the events and timelines so that we can improve our execution and service."
"Thank you for your review. In response, in October 2019 we had 2 full time project coordinators to keep up with calls and correspondence with clients and potential clients. We recognized our short fall and have since hired two additional project coordinators. We now have four project coordinators (Tracie, Mayra, Lori and Dinah) to correspond with client and potential clients so that we can answer calls, return calls, and communicate better with our clients. Thank you for your comments and we hope that you give us a second try at providing engineering services to you."
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you very much for the kind words. We appreciate your business. Please call us if you need anything!"
