Two guys and a truck showed up last minute of the two hour appointment window--I originally thought they will do the move from 9am-11am, but they showed up at around 11am instead.  They openly asked for tips even before the move. They did not work very fast. My one bedroom apartment did not have much furniture, and I already moved all the small items myself. They worked at a pace that finished the move exactly 15 minutes past the original 2 hour estimate so they can charge an extra half hour (According to them, company policy requires charge of half hour if the move takes 15 minute or more). They didn't take care of my furniture very well either--left some dirty hand marks on my mattress.

They were on time, and very helpful.  They were very nice and easy to work with, and overall, we were very happy with them.  They were very responsive and gave us great customer service.
