Bev went above and beyond! Honest, trustworthy, professional and fairly priced...will definitely use again. I was quoted $1k - $8k to "fix" the unit from ANOTHER company however, the quote didn't even have the part that ultimately fixed the problem. 7K Mechanical's website says “If we wouldn’t do it for ours, we won’t recommend it for yours.”-- I absolutely believe this. We are a Property Management company here in San Antonio that manages over 250 properties for various owners.
