Bev went above and beyond! Honest, trustworthy, professional and fairly priced...will definitely use again. I was quoted $1k - $8k to "fix" the unit from ANOTHER company however, the quote didn't even have the part that ultimately fixed the problem. 7K Mechanical's website says “If we wouldn’t do it for ours, we won’t recommend it for yours.”-- I absolutely believe this. Plus Bev served our country! Thank you

We are a Property Management company here in San Antonio that manages over 250 properties for various owners. We have been using 7K Mechanical for a while now, and we are extremely satisfied with the level of service, pricing, and professionalism exhibited by Bev and his team. Being a PM company in charge of another person's property/money we are extremely careful about who we use to service our properties, as we ultimately bear the responsibility for the work that is done. I can say that Bev is knowledgeable, always very thorough in his work and never overcharges us for things that don't need to be done. If you need your HVAC serviced, repaired or replaced do not hesitate to use 7K Mechanical. You will not be disappointed!

7K Mechanical, Inc. did a great job very prompt and did not leave a mess like other companies. Very impressed that when i called they were able to do a quick turn around and did not have me wait. I love the fact that they didn't provide a a window period like other companies and worked around my schedule. Thank you 7K Mechanical, Inc. and i will continue to use again.
