refreshing. Overall, everyone had an attitude about their work and the company that showed they cared about what they were doing and cared about the customer.
Although I had an idea of what I wanted, the salespeople were extremely instrumental in ensuring I made the right decision and selected the right color scheme to match the decor in the master bedroom. The were right on target based on how it looks after installation.
The installer had the herculean job of removing the existing window treatment in the master bedroom which were floor to ceiling fabric covered and padded wood panels. Ended up taking over an hour to get them off the walls. Did a great job and never once complained about how labor intensive it was or how it probably messed up the remainder of his daily schedule.
Would definitely use them again if I need window treatments in the future.
