Our company hired 2W cleaning in January and were hesitant about leaving a review after the first few AMAZING services but it is now the end of April and the cleaning service has stayed consistent. The cleaning crew is super friendly, thorough and provide a TERRIFIC service at a very reasonable price!

They were courteous and on time. I was disappointed in the service they provided. I asked them to do nothing but dust as much as they could of my house in 2 hours. I pointed out the ceiling fans and high shelves needed dusting and they were hard to get to. They missed one ceiling fan, there were only 3 to dust and didn’t do furniture. She said that I told her I wanted her to “go high“ but the service agreement clearly said I wanted an overall dusting of my home. I had do do it myself after they left.

I was very pleased the first time I had them clean (see other review). This time was a whole different story. I'm writing this review after waiting ALL day for them to show up AGAIN.....and guess what? They can't come AGAIN! I had an appt. last Friday (that had been made 1 month in advance), and after receiving numerous texts that morning saying they were running late due to weather (rain?!?), I finally received a text saying they would be here within the hour. I drove home (scheduled my whole day around this). Waited awhile, and then received a call from Ruth saying she didn't think they would make it today because she was short staffed and didn't want to burn herself out. I was very polite and accommodating and rescheduled for today (Wednesday), even though it was a huge inconvenience for me since I was having company over the weekend & that's the whole point of hiring a cleaning service! Then today comes. I receive the text this morning stating their arrival time would be between 1-6 pm. Nothing all day long until 5:15. I receive a voice mail at 5:15 stating that they don't think they will be able to make it again today. Never an apology. Ruth states that they are cleaning a large house that they have to finish & she's exhausted and the girls are to. She wants to know if I want my money back (I purchased deal through Living Social) or do I want to reschedule? ARE U KIDDING ME! Make sure to see YP reviews also. They were very thorough in the things they got too, but ran out of time and left some things undone. I do recommend them though, they are hardworking and very professional.

I thought they did a very nice job. I've used them a couple times. The lady that runs the company -- she's very nice and friendly and attentive. The crew always showed up promptly when they said they would.
