 + -1 moreJames J Ruiz did not complete the job, including structural engineering, so a builder could do the work. Ruiz took the plans he had given us to "adjust a few things". We had paid most of the money due for his services, assuming the job was nearly done. Then, he didn't return phone calls or our plans.
Description of Work: James J Ruiz drew plans for remodeling our back decks, including lots of concrete fill, tile and new porch roof. It was to be a 6-figure job. He submitted enough plans to get HOA approval.
