Troy and Frederico were fantastic! They arrived on time, introduced themselves. They explained the service, inspected the items we had to be removed and gave us the price based on the amount of items. It was $289. We agreed and they got to work loading it up. They practiced no contact service. It went so well, we wondered why had we not done this sooner instead of trying to take items to businesses for recycle or disposal. This was so easy and we have our garage back!!! We will definitely use them for other services they offer to help get your home cleaned up and organized. Thank you so much to Troy and Frederico.

When I called to schedule the pickup, they described the process and the pricing to me. They answered most of my questions before I asked them. They explained that I needed to put cat litter in paint cans if the paint wasn't completely dried. The day before pickup, I got a call reminding me of the appointment. The day of the pickup, they called me 15 minutes prior to arrival. They picked up everything and were gone in less than 20 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

It went well- showed up ,did the work and helped me get rid of heavy things I would have needed help to remove.

The person on the phone quoted 350, but the supervisor said 500 when he came out. It was a big job so I guess I understand.

I was very happy with the service. I received a phone call to give me an update on their current job and the estimated time of arrival. The two guys that showed up were very courteous and friendly. I was given two prices: one to remove just the construction materials and one price that included removing everything; I went with the second price. The guys were very fast and loaded up everything very quickly. I was asked to visually confirm that everything that I wanted gone was removed properly and then one guy swept up the residual debris from the pile of construction materials. No complaints.

This company has excellent telephone service first of all. I also had to reschedule and called at 10pm and was surprised to find they were still answering the phone! The schedule for pickup was only a one day wait. On the day of pickup the guys arrived a few minutes early and they were FAST! Most of the junk was way down the hill on my property so it was not an easy job. I felt the price was very reasonable. I DO RECOMMEND the customer check over the area where the junk was removed. The guys left a 2x2 piece of chicken wire and a small piece of rebar. Nothing certainly that couldn't just be put in my own trash can and certainly not enough to lower the "A" rating.

Got Junk was very prompt and friendly and did an excellent job. But be forewarned, there is an additional "$50 dumping fee" if the materials need to be hauled to the dump, rather than recycled or donated. We were disappointed to find out about the dumping fee after we had entered into the agreement, but we decided to go ahead and use the service. We were pleased that the job was completed so quickly and thoroughly.

I made the appointment yesterday and they came out today and hauled the junk away fast. Price was reasonable. I would recommend them.

They contacted me at the beginning of my service time frame to let me know exactly when they'd be there. They showed up on time, were courteous, profession, and fast. I had contacted another company before them (another well rated angies list member) but 1-800-got-junk? gave better service and a better price. I'll use them again for sure. The two gentlemen who showed up were personable, professional and respectful. They immediately started removing the junk by tossing the big stuff in the truck. One worked on the garage while the other graciously removed some stuff from the back yard. I had everything in a pile, so it made for easy removal. They then used a broom and shovel to get the smaller stuff. They were done in under 20 minutes and well worth every penny I paid. I will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

It was fantastic!. I needed to fill the truck up more than the 1/4 offer for 98.00 on Angie's List, and was able to do so the same day!. It was great. I filled up half of bed of truck. The employees are great. Shelby definitely loves his job!. I would say the only thing I did not care for were the prices in measurements of the truck. I find them to be very expensive. If I would not have had the coupon to use, I probably would not have used them, as it would have costed me 398.00 to fill half a truck. They should consider lowering their prices, as there is a competitive market for this. Other businesses are cheaper if you have any in your area. They do accommodate your needs extremely well I must say, and they are prompt to come out, whereas other business it may take longer for service. They give a free quote which is nice. The next day they came out to remove my junk!. I must tell you that I was so relieved after they removed everything I asked for. I will use them again if they have any future specials.

They showed up about 2 hours late. Granted, that was one of the days we had a LOT of rain in the morning, so I could excuse the lateness. However it would have been nice if someone had called to let me know they were running behind. They did call, but only after I called the office to enquire.
BUT, once they got here they made short work of removing the items we wanted to get rid of, primarily a futon that too awkward and heavy for my husband and I to maneuver out the narrow doorway and hall. The two young men were very pleasant and efficient and I would hire the company again.

I had been stacking up STUFF near my front door for weeks, and when I had to do a 10 foot walk-around because I blocked  my ease access to my dining room/kitchen, I had had enough.  I was able to choose the timeframe on that same day. I received a call to confirm my appointment and also learn they were running a little late.  I appreciated the call and it was only minutes, well within the timeframe I had selected.  Roy and Adam arrived ready to work, very courteous and smiling. Roy reviewed the fee structure with me as Adam set to work breaking down my craft table. In 15 minutes, DONE and ready to go on their way to their next assignment.  Roy  prepared the bill, I happily paid it, and my little dog was thrilled when Adam noted her wagging tail, and her  looking at him with "please play with me" eyes.  He accommodated her until Roy and I were done. They DO clean up after removal, but there was no mess to clean up, so they were on schedule for their next appointment.   The whole experience for me ... and my dog ....was a total plus. Fast, efficient, friendly, professional, and totally trustworthy.  This is my 3rd call to  1-800 Got Junk, and there will be more.  I would have had to impose on friends who had a truck and time in their busy schedules to help me with this task, which I could not do myself.  This is an especially  great service for Seniors, who are wanting to clean out, clear out,  minimize decades of accumulated STUFF they just hadn't been able to part with, or found it too daunting a task.   They do ALL the work, clean up when they leave, and they know what to do with environmentally iffy items you are not sure what to do with.  www.1800gotjunk.com.  I can't think of a single thing they could do to maximize the experience of doing business with them.
