Tried to order an arrangement for my wife's birthday and when I asked for a specific color of rose, the employee seemed as if I was bothering her and didn't seem interested in helping me or offering to contact another store to locate the flowers. All she said was "Nope. Don't have em." Won't be going back. Instead I went somewhere else where the florist was not only pleasant, but said that if they didn't have them, she would find them from another store and have them brought to her store for me to pick up.

The person was impressed by the arrangement & that they went the "extra mile" to ensure she received them instead of leaving them on the porch.

I did it online. It was a very pretty arrangement and I was curious. Sometimes the flowers are not nice and the people don’t want to sell me. I asked my friend if she likes them and if she liked the color and she goes it’s a plain white, and she sent me a picture which was nothing like it. It was nothing like what I orders, so I called another lady I sent flowers to and she said hers was very nice. I called them and they refunded my money, and I shouldn’t complain, but now I don’t trust them. The price was okay. The guy was super nice. He also was ready to send another arrangement and gave me a discounted price.
