The provider came as scheduled on 8 DEC 14 and after 15-20 minutes told me my 5yr old water heater could not be repaired and it needed to be replaced. My home warranty company approved the replacement but said the provider was asking for far above the going rate for the job citing emergency service premium. My warranty company contracted another provider who came two days later 10 DEC 14 evaluated the water heater and replaced the THERMO coupler all in about 30 minutes. Due to the inital misdiagnosis by AW Ready Plumbing my family of six needlessly went without hot water for 3 nights. I guess this ARMY veteran of 26yrs has learned another valueable lesson to pass along to the large San Antonio, TX military community.
Description of Work: The provider was called to my residence by my home warranty company to diagnose a fault with my hot hater heater.
