They arrived on time. There were two men. They were very well organized. They connected the hoses to the machine in the van and proceeded to do the rooms in an orderly fashion. When one of the gentlemen finished a room, the other went over it with a special "rake" to enhance the pile of the carpet.
They wore coverings over their shoes to protect the carpets from soil from the outdoors. When finished, they methodically returned the hoses to the van and asked if there were any other services they could do for us.
They were very polite and friendly. I will definately call them again when I need the carpets cleaned.

They were able to come the next day after I called.  Cost sounded reasonable -- and turned out to be very reasonable.  I would have them come again.
The man showed up promptly when he said he would, and went right to work.  Was done in a very reasonable amount of time, and did a great job.  The machine he uses is pretty noisy, but I was able to get away from it, and the job he did was worth it.

They installed our wood floors in a matter of 2 weeks after we placed the order.  We had a move in date set and they worked with us to be done by that date.  We are very pleased with the flooring and installation.

It was great. 

They are good at what they do.

Richard helped me select flooring samples at the store to take home, and explained how to measure my rooms to get an accurate size estimate. Shortly after my flooring selection, I had a price quote for the flooring and installation. Job was scheduled about two and a half weeks out. The Friday before, they called to confirm that we would be ready for them the next Monday. The installers arrived on time, and were extremely professional and got down to business quickly. It was obvious they were pros who knew what they were doing. They left things very neat overnight, and returned promptly the next morning and finished the job around noon. They worked the entire time they were at my house. They moved furniture both before and after the installation, and swept the floor before leaving. They also hauled off the carpet the flooring replaced. I am very pleased with the floor, and everyone who has seen it is very impressed. I will be having The Floor Store install more flooring at my home.
