The men that did the actual job were alright. They were two Mexicans, the older man told the younger one what to do. They got everything done before it rained. I had already paid for it but they did hand me another bill which I did not understand. The second billing I told them that I had already paid and I'm not paying this. He just said we understand and they left. I don't know what that was about, I didn't like it. It was like they were waiting for me to pay them a second time.

I have been using them for about 6 years now. My experience has been okay.  They might miss a few bait stations every now and again. For the most part they are pretty good to work with.  They are pretty responsive to my phone calls and I do not have any problems with the technicians that do the work.

They are great to work with!  I have only good things to say about them. I can call them no matter how many times I need them. They are pretty quick to get to out to our home and I feel comfortable with the technicians. The most important thing is they are willing to work with us and have methods of treating insects that did not harm my family.  They are very respectful.

They come out on time for the appointments.  We have it set up where they come out automatically every three months. The technicians are helpful and always courteous.
