I have purchased gasoline and a carwash here with some regularly in the past, but never again.
The car wash on the gasoline pump is difficult to read. I didn't think I saw the option I wanted, so I pushed "more options." Instead, it logged in the most expensive, $11, carwash. I went inside and told the clerk that I did not want that price of a carwash, and she told me there was nothing she could do to reverse the credit card charge. She said I would need to come back when the manager was in. I had to go by twice more before I could find the manager. He wouldn't do anything. Said I'd have to take it up with my credit card company, which I did, but this station still refused to refund my $11, even though I never even used the car wash.
